Here's another Warren Street hotspot I've been dying to post about: the Carrie Haddad Gallery. Haddad has both a gallery (622 Warren) and an exhibition space (318 Warren). Catch their current exhibit Polaroids, featuring work by artists William Wegman, John Dugdale, Mark Beard, Tanya Marcuse, Melinda McDaniel, and Jeri Eisenberg.
